At Naked Scents Candle Co., we offer free shipping for all orders over $99. For orders under $99, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. We take pride in our packaging and ensure that our products are delivered to you in the best condition possible. If you have any special shipping requests, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate them. Our shipping times vary based on your location, but we typically ship within 2-3 business days of receiving your order. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. I just placed my order. When will I receive it?

We understand how eager you are to receive your order, and we strive to get it to you as quickly as possible. Generally, you can expect to receive your order within 5-7 business days. During the summer months, we ship earlier in the week to avoid items sitting in the hot sun over the weekend. As soon as your order is shipped, we will provide you with shipping information so that you can monitor where your order is in transit. What if the shipment arrives damaged or defective?

Do we offer local pickup?


Local pickup is offered during the weekend. If you live in Memphis, TN this may be an option for you! Please contact us at to confirm the
date and time for pickup.


Return & Exchange Policy

At our candle business, we understand that our handmade products may arrive with minor imperfections that are normal due to the nature of small-batch production. These may include wax discoloration, small scratches or dents, and slightly off-centering labels. We assure you that these minor imperfections do not impact the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 7 days of receipt. All requests will be reviewed before
a decision is made.
